Dads and Bears

Last night I attended the Hershey Bears - Hamilton Bulldogs hockey game in Hershey with 2 good friends. The Bears won, 5-2. Chris Bourque, the son of one of my favorite hockey players, scored 4 goals for the Bears. I bet his dad is proud.

Speaking of dads, my friends and I were sitting next to the father of one Hamilton's best players. As the Bulldogs played in Wilkes Barre last night, he was able to catch his son in action several times.

Anyway, it was neat to watch him watch his son when the latter was on the ice. He was encouraging and excited.

Reminded me that a dad's work is never done. Which, I think, is a good thing for dads.
