While the Hershey Bears will be returning to the Giant Arena tonight for the final time this season - to celebrate their Calder Cup triumph, Janet and I have other plans to celebrate my birthday.
We did get to enjoy two Bears games from earlier play-off series. Here's action from the first game we went to, on May 2, when the Bears defeated the Wilkes-Bears Penguins. The game marked the professional debut of John Carlson (wearing Hershey uniform #4) who should go on to a long career in the NHL.
