We're safely home from Portland, after visiting 2 great grandkids (and their parents).
While we had a fairly uneventful trip home (even snagging 2 free tickets for agreeing to help United Airlines address an overbooking snafu), we noticed the decrease in service amenities. And wonder what the future may hold.
