NBC News reported that Beloit College has come up with a "mindset list" in recognition that most members of the Class of 2011 (most were born in 1989) have never "rolled down" a car window, seen Johnny Carson live on TV and always had food packaging that included nutritional labeling. The Class of 2011 has grown up with bottled water, Rush Limbaugh on the air lambasting liberals, known Russia as a country with a multi-party political system, and considered being "lame" to mean a person is dumb or inarticulate, not disabled.
The report reminded me of the generation gap (if that term is still in use).
I wonder what Mizz and his Class of 2023 friends will have experienced in their youth or take for granted.
